Step 1: On your web browser (Chrome or Firefox or Edge or Safari or Internet Explorer) and visit https://parsippany.accellearning.com

Step 2: Click “My Account” on the top menu bar

Step 3: Log in to your account by typing your Username and Password and click Login

Step 4: After login you will be on the Dashboard. Click on Appointments

Step 5: In the Appointments section, you will be able to see Upcoming Appointments and Past Appointments – if any.

Select the Appointment you want to edit and click Edit.

NOTE: You will only be able to edit upcoming appointments that are more than 24 hours later.

Step 6: Select Instructor – if required

Then select Date of required appointment

Then select Time slot of required appointment

Click Update Appointment

You should see and acknowledgment that Appointment updated Successfully!!

Step 7: Click Go Back to get back to the Dashboard

Step 1: On your web browser (Chrome or Firefox or Edge or Safari or Internet Explorer) and visit https://parsippany.accellearning.com

Step 2: Click “My Account” on the top menu bar

Step 3: Log in to your account by typing your Username and Password and click Login

Step 4: After login you will be on the Dashboard. Click on Shop

 

Step 5: Select the subscription product you want to purchase

Step 6: Mouse over on the product to sign up.

NOTE: Select and checkout only 1 product at a time.

Step 7: Click Proceed to Checkout.

Complete the Checkout process to add the selected subscription product

Step 1: On your web browser (Chrome or Firefox or Edge or Safari or Internet Explorer) and visit https://parsippany.accellearning.com

Step 2: Click “My Account” on the top menu bar

Step 3: Log in to your account by typing your Username and Password and click Login

Step 4: After login you will be on the Dashboard. Click on Subscriptions

Step 5: Click View on the Subscription you want to cancel.

Step 6: Click Cancel to cancel the subscription.

NOTE: Cancellation will be immediate and the credit card will not be charged for this subscription again. However, any paid appointments will still be available. No new appointments will be created.

Step 5: Here you can Add Payment Method and Delete old Card

Step 4: After login you will be on the Dashboard. Click on Addresses

Step 5: Then click on Edit under Billing address

Step 6: Change the Email address AND / OR Phone number.

Select Update the billing used for all of my active subscriptions.

Then click Save Address
